We all welcome more joy and happiness into our lives, and the exciting news is that happiness is a skill we can learn! As the wise Dalai Lama once said, "Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions."

Delivered via Zoom, this course will guide you through practical steps to enhance your joy and happiness, especially during midlife.

The course will be delivered over 4 weeks, starting on the Tuesday 6th August 2024 and then weekly, with the final session on Tuesday 27th August 2024

6th August - Week 1: Understanding Happiness & Joy

13th August - Week 2: Mindfulness & Gratitude

  • Understand the profound impact of gratitude on happiness.

  • Develop a mindfulness and gratitude practice to increase daily joy.

20th August - Week 3: Self-Love & Compassion

  • Discover why self-love and compassion are crucial for a happier life.

  • Learn techniques to cultivate self-compassion and unlock your potential.

27th August - Week 4: Adventure & Curiosity

  • See how embracing curiosity and adventure can lead to greater life satisfaction.

  • Find ways to integrate more adventure and curiosity into your daily routine for lasting happinesss

With over 10 years of coaching experience, Clare is a certified facilitator with the Museum of Happiness and has delivered workshops for Action for Happiness. She is also trained in facilitating Google's #IAmRemarkable workshops. Clare is passionate about helping women increase their confidence, recognize their achievements, and develop tools to live a happy, fulfilled life, ultimately realizing their potential.
