Mindfulness & Gratitude - Why being thankful increases happiness and how to develop a mindfulness and gratitude practice

Week 3: 19th July 2023 - 19:00 - 20:30

Self-love & Compassion - Why loving yourself and showing yourself compassion are essential to living a happier life and realising your potential

Week 4: 26th July 2023 - 19:00 - 20:30

Adventure & Curiosity - How living a more curious and adventure filled life can bring greater life satisfaction and ultimately happiness and joy

About your Facilitator

Clare is a Potentiality Coach helping women over 40 achieve their personal and professional potential. With over 10 years experience as a coach Clare is a Museum of Happiness certified facilitator and has previously delivered workshops for Action for Happiness. She is also a trained facilitator delivering Google's #IAmRemarkable workshops and is passionate about helping women increase their confidence, recognise their achievements and develop tools to live a happy and fulfilled life and ultimately realise their potential.
